Venue and date
Webinars take place virtually on the date specified on the event page.
Participation and costs
Participation is free of charge.
For the webinars, the platforms https://platform.cloudogu.com and a conferencing tool used by Cloudogu GmbH are used. The platforms are made available by Cloudogu GmbH free of charge. Each participant is responsible for being able to use these platforms technically. If it is not possible to use them, participation in the event is not possible.
Registration and registration deadline
A user account on https://platform.cloudogu.com is required to participate in webinars. Participants can use this account to register for the webinar. There is no entitlement to participate in the webinar. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received; the possible number of participants may be limited. Registration deadline is 30 minutes before the start of the event.
Participation in the online event / dial-in
Prior to the webinars, participants will find an event page on https://platform.cloudogu.com that contains the link to the event and any other necessary information. To access the event page, an account on https://platform.cloudogu.com and membership in a corresponding team is required. After registering for the event, participants will receive relevant information and invitations.
Data protection, data processing and data transfer
Your data will only be processed by our company and our contractual partners. This processing is carried out in accordance with European and German law. By registering for the webinar, participants expressly agree to the storage, as well as the machine processing.
The event will be recorded by the organizer in order to provide the participants with a recording after the event. In addition, the recording can also be used for other purposes by the organizer. When recording, the organizer ensures that no personal data (voice, name, image) is visible or audible in the released recording.
Furthermore, by participating, participants declare their consent to being contacted by our employees for the customer satisfaction survey.
The consent to the contacting and processing of the data can be revoked at any time by an informal text message, stating the necessary parameters (name, etc.).
For this purpose, it is sufficient to send a corresponding message by e-mail to: email@example.com.
Cloudogu GmbH commits itself to respect and maintain all necessary valid regulations, in particular those of the data protection and the secrecy of telecommunications.
Cloudogu GmbH as the organizer of the event may make the following data visible to the other webinar participants if necessary – exclusively during the webinar - in order to ensure interactivity and exchange among the conference participants:
- First and last name
- E-mail address
- User-generated content in the presentations and session
In addition, data protection regulations apply.
Publication of the presentation material by the participants is prohibited.
Cloudogu GmbH is not liable for the external content offered in the webinars and reserves the right to make changes to the content and timing of the event program and the line-up of speakers. There is no entitlement to a specific webinar, workshop or speaker. Cloudogu GmbH is entitled to cancel the event if the total number of participants required for an economic and meaningful event is not reached or if there are other reasons that make it impossible to hold the event. In this case, the participants will be notified. Any further claims of the participants are excluded.
Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation become or be invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
