Lea Lindemann

Lea has many years of experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach in agile software development. She has accompanied many agile teams, trained Scrum Masters and Product Owners and given trainings on agile topics. As a product owner and in quality assurance, she was able to get to know agile working from all angles and brings extensive industry experience in the automotive and IT services sectors. She is passionate about designing productive work systems with elements from Scrum, Kanban and systemic organization theory, guided by a desire to provide people with a satisfying work and customer experience. She travels the agile community with her current heartfelt topics, including appearing as a speaker at conferences such as Manage Agile.
