La Agilista

As an Agile Coach, I accompany people in integrating new ways of working into their everyday work in order to create value for their customers in a more focused way together. To do this, I help them understand their current challenges and anchor appropriate practices from the agile toolbox in their daily lives. Through mentoring and training, an understanding of the principles of lean and agile emerges so that they can independently evolve their way of working in the future. In my trainings, I emphasize a direct link to practice and at the same time impart comprehensive background knowledge.
