About this training
PMflex represents a comprehensive project management system. It consists of four guides that form the so-called PMflex standard, along with additional components for dissemination and knowledge transfer (e.g., networks, the PM knowledge pool, and the training program). The system was initiated by the Bundesverwaltungsamt (BVA) and is intended to become an integral part of public institutions in the future.
The PMflex seminar aims to provide participants with a sound understanding of the PMflex project management system. Participants will be empowered to plan, implement, and successfully complete projects efficiently and effectively. The seminar covers both the fundamentals of project management and advanced techniques, including scaling, agile elements, and multi-project management.
